Requirements
  • B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years experience as Marketing Communication Manager or similar role.
  • A strategic and creative thinker with proven experience of working on diverse and wide
  • ranging communication strategies including all forms of media
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
  • Excellent communication, strong negotiation, organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.

The Opportunity

  • Head of Sales and Marketing oversees all marketing activities within the company. You are responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.
  • You are responsible for the strategic overview of the corporate intelligence and marketing of the company’s services with the aim of generating new business opportunities and growth which will be profitable for the company.
  • Qualify all leads and scope of opportunity through the lens of the industry beliefs, while helping clients to understand our offering and the value gained by working with us.
  • Execution and evaluation of market, competitive analysis and market positioning of the company.
  • Strategic product planning, positioning and cost optimization calculations.
  • Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients by marketing and cross selling of the company products.
  • Constant communication with prospective clients via cold calls, networking events and use of social media with the goal of generating business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how best to service accounts by generating new ideas and strategies.
  • Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Deliver corporate presentations to new and key corporate clients on the company’s services.
  • Ensure marketing databases for the promotion of the company activities are maintained and assist with the organization and operation of various promotional events.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
  • Supervise projects and content to guarantee all content is publication ready.
  • Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalisation of messages and measurability; data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation.
  • Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure project milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
